Phase 1: Free Budget Estimate

• Initial Consultation: Let's discuss your vision, needs, and budget during a free consultation.
• Site Visit: We'll visit your space to gather key details and assess the project scope.
• Budgetary Roadmap: Based on our discussions, you'll receive a free, approximate cost estimate as a starting point.

Please Note: This estimate won't include a detailed breakdown of Materials, 3D renderings or final plans.

Phase 2: Detailed Design & Proposal

• Ready to Dive Deeper?: If you're happy with a ballpark figure, we can develop an optional comprehensive plan for a one-time fee of 5% of the estimated budget.
• Award-Winning Design: Our team will craft a personalized plan that reflects your unique style and seamlessly integrates with your existing space.
• Material Explorations: We'll guide you through a variety of options to fit your style and budget.
• 3D Visualizations: Bring your dream space to life with 3D drawings and renderings.

Phase 3: Acceptance & Moving Forward

• Personalized Proposal: Once you're thrilled with the detailed plans, we'll present a comprehensive proposal outlining the project scope, timeline and final investment.
• Upfront Clarity: A firm bid contract will accompany the proposal, ensuring complete transparency on costs and project details minimizing the need for change orders.
• Securing Your Project Slot: To secure your project slot and begin construction, a 50% deposit is required based on the final detailed estimates.
• Unlocking Your Vision: Three days after signing the contract and paying the deposit, you'll receive the detailed estimates, 3D renderings, and design plans for your records.
